ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive email notifications and can log in to our website for real-time tracking. Please note that some orders may be sent in multiple parcels. In these cases, you will receive multiple emails with separate tracking numbers. Allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If you attempt to track your package and no information is available, it means the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Tracking events will appear on the tracking page once the parcel is scanned into the system. If your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@jessemade.com, and we will assist you.
